Mom + Me in Amagansett this weekend. A fantastic time and much needed.

My mom has one of the most incredible spirits I know. She is adventurous, open, giving, lively, nurturing, kind, and saucy.

She is so many things. I love her laugh and I love her smile.

She’s been a constant inspiration to me in these recent years. Encouraging me, guiding me, listening to me (cry.) Being so patient when I complain and snapping me out of my funks. Believing in me, humbling me, giving me a safe place to be weak.

She is a person I trust, a woman I aspire to be like, my blanket, and my fortress.
